Grade 4 students hosted a Maker Fair on Friday, April 24. This was the culminating event in their PYP unit of inquiry "How the World Works" in which students showcased machines they built as their final project. In this unit, students learned about the function of simple machines and how electricity can be used to power them. Students then built a machine based on what they learned and demonstrated its functionality at a fair for parents, students and faculty.
