As a winner of a nation-wide contest for girls in Grades 9-12 to explore the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields, Yellow Tie Class of '17 student Aurora Hake traveled to California for a week of VIP treatment, excitement, adventure and mentorship. Highlights included discovering the behind-the-scenes science of Disney and major feature films and meeting the star-studded cast and creators of the new film Marvel's Thor: The Dark World.
