Yellow Tie Class of '13 student Haley Parks was one of ten players in the entire Emerald City League to be named to the All-League basketball team. For team sports in the Emerald City League, someone who represents all league has demonstrated strong participation, skills, ability, leadership, sportsmanship, and endorsement by the coach and athletic director. Congratulations Haley!
