Head of Schools Christian Sullivan and Chair of the Board Bill Frame presented a panel on "The Board Chair and Head of School Partnership" at the PNAIS Institutional Leadership Conference in Seattle over the weekend. Speaking to fellow heads and board chairs, they described the elements of their strong partnership and the fundamental need for shared vision of board and administration.
