Congratulations to AWS seventh grader Nick Vipond who helped his club soccer team, Team Washington Premier U13, win the State Championship Cup against tough rivals from Crossfire FC on May 6. During the regular season, Vipond's team won 55 out of 61 games played, lost 4 and tied twice. An impressive 231 goals were scored by the team and only 38 against.
