Annie Wright Upper School hosted its first-ever debate tournament on February 10 and 11, 2012. High school students from eight schools visited the AWS campus and competed in the first annual Annie Wright Novice Tournament of Champions. Congratulations to tournament coordinator Corey McCool, Coach Eli, the Annie Wright Debate Team, and notably Emma Middleton '13 who advanced to the final four, semi-finals in the Lincoln-Douglass debate.
