The Upper School Chorus was awarded a Gold rating at the Heritage Music Festival in Vancouver, BC over Memorial Day Weekend. This is the third year in a row that the Chorus has received a Superior rating from the panel of adjudicators. While participating in the Festival, the 25 members of the group visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge, downtown Vancouver and the Awards Ceremony at the PNE Amusement Park. Special thanks go to our three chaperones, Carole Martin-Oki, Trish Russell and Patricia Stewart, as well as our wonderful bus driver, David McDonald. - Jeff Orr
