AWS Places in State Golf and Track Competitions

The Upper School for Girls varsity golf team placed 2nd at the State Championship match in Spokane last week. Sophomores Abby Givens finished seventh and Nina Ye finished 4th overall. Congratulations to the entire team, which also includes Paisley Cristobal, Minyi Jiang, Yoon Ji Kim, Kayla Mathurin and Sophie Rockne, for a wonderful season!

 

Last weekend, junior Anna Haddad came in 10th in the 1600m and 3rd in the 800m with a time of 2:23:36 at the Track & Field State Championships at Eastern Washington University in Cheney. Congratulations Anna!
