Upper School for Girls

Trips and Retreats

Getting off campus to learn, grow, bond, meet new challenges and experience the wonders of the region and the world is an important element of Annie Wright Upper School's program. Here is a sampling of our offerings:
Class trips include the 3-day Grade 9 rock climbing expedition, the Grade 10 retreat to bond at Camp Seymour, and the Grade 11 tour of West Coast colleges. In addition, faculty and/or student groups often spearhead day trips to play in the great outdoors, including kayaking, hiking, biking, skiing and more.

Members of the elective activities program travel far and wide, from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles, from San Francisco to New York, not to mention Alaska, Hawaii and even Cuba! Annie Wright subsidizes the vast majority of these adventures. Learn more about Annie Wright's activities program.

Study abroad in high school! Opportunities include Argentina, China, France, New Zealand and Spain. Learn more about our study abroad program.
