Extended Day Program

Extended Day (ED), for students in Preschool through Grade 8, is an extension of the Lower and Middle School curriculum. We offer ED to families before school, starting at 7:00 am, for no charge, and after school until 6:00 pm. Recognizing the needs of students and their busy parents, Annie Wright Schools offer flexible options for after-school pricing, including unlimited plans, part-time plans and drop-in hourly rates.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will not offer an Extended Day (ED) option in the morning for the 2020-21 academic year. After school ED will continue to be available until 6:00 pm, but activities, including athletics and specialties, will not be offered until further notice. If you are exploring AWS and have questions about ED pricing, please contact Joy Phelps for Preschool-Grade 5 or Maddy Mancuso for Grades 6-8.
The ED program provides students time to socialize, study or participate in age-appropriate activities, including specialty offerings for an additional fee that encourage students to explore unique interests and discover their talents. Recent offerings have included Chinese, French, Tennis, Swim, Robotics, Cartooning, Cooking and Ballet. Homework assistance is also available to students in Grades 1-8 as part of the ED Program.
