Arts

Annie Wright believes ALL of our students can and must create—and we offer a range of opportunities for every student to practice, analyze, imagine, design and perform.

Architecture, Design & Government in Grade 9, a main academic component of the program, incorporates art and architecture in the design of the new facilities for the boys.

Optional arts activities include chorus, orchestra, theatre, theatre tech, woodworking and visual arts and provide an opportunity to learn and collaborate with Upper School girls. On-site music lessons in voice, piano, stringed instruments, drum and flute are also available for an additional fee. The Kemper Center Theater provides opportunities to be on or behind stage for a variety of performances.
