Unique experiences a hallmark at Annie Wright

For students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, Annie Wright Schools offer unique experiences wrapped into programming and tuition, supported by the wider community through gifts to the Annual Fund. Here are a few examples:

LOWER SCHOOL
From authors to environmental scientists, from performing artists to orthopedic surgeons, and from non profit workers to corporate CEOs, Lower Schoolers engage directly with experts in their fields. These connections bring their studies alive and inspire creativity and real-world problem solving skills. Learn more about the International Baccalaureate PYP program.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle School Journeys are the capstone of a year-long multi-disciplinary exploration. From California in Grade 6 to Arizona in Grade 7 to Costa Rica in Grade 8, students expand their course of study from biomes to culture, civics and language. With hiking, rafting, zip lining and more, these journeys are for many the highlight of their Middle School experience. Learn more about the journeys program.

UPPER SCHOOL
An enhanced activities program with specialist advisors provides unparalleled learning adventures, from a private tour of NPR in Washington, DC, to Flemenco dancing lessons in Cuba. The vast majority of Upper Schoolers engage in this elective after-school program with a choice of more than a dozen exciting activities. Learn more about the activities program.

All of these experiences are made possible by Annie Wright families, alumni, faculty, staff and friends through the Annual Fund. Join this community effort to provide exceptional experiences for our students. www.aw.org/give
