Blue Tie Scores at Deloitte Team Tech Challenge

Alexandra Bessler, Blue Tie '20, participated in the Deloitte Team Tech Challenge July 30-August 1 at University of Washington in Seattle. She learned a lot, had fun, and won a little cash along the way. Here's what Alexandra had to say about this opportunity, "What a great experience participating in the Deloitte Team Tech Challenge! Learned about analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain. Met many driven, intellectual, and friendly rising juniors and seniors, as well as many motivational employees and professors working with Deloitte and at University of Washington. Ended up leaving this competition with the winning cash prize after presenting our groups presentation on how to utilize AI to detect pancreatic cancer in its early stages. Thanks Deloitte!"
