AWS U12 Soccer Players Win Local League Championship
The Girls U12 NorTac Panthers, a soccer team coached by Annie Wright parents Steve Cook and Fadil Kaliqani with seven Annie Wright students, capped off a great season yesterday by winning the Home League Championship Cup in double overtime and a 7-kick shootout!
Along with the Annie Wright 5th and 6th graders including Katie Cook, Fiona Kaliqani, Sophia Khan, Gabby Rapoport, Alison Salamone, Mia Seher and Raya Stark, the team comprises local students from Washington, Lowell, Mason, St. Charles and Charles Wright.
