In the primary years, students receive an introduction to skills for a variety of sports. Small group games maximize participation and develop the child's fullest athletic potential.
Swimming in our onsite indoor pool is offered to students on a weekly basis through Grade 5. In the early years, students learn flotation and breathing techniques and quickly build confidence in the water. In the later years, students develop basic skills in freestyle, front crawl and learn about water safety.
Starting in Grade 1, students participate in tennis weekly where we introduce basic skills and strokes.
Our after school athletics program is divided into three seasons: fall, winter and spring. Team opportunities include triathlon team (run, bike, swim), flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball and lacrosse. Good sportsmanship and fair play are emphasized at all times.
