Lower School Academics

Annie Wright Lower School provides a challenging curriculum that is flexible enough to be responsive to the needs of the individual student. Our inquiry-based learning environment focuses on developing fundamental skills and prepares students for the demands of their continuing education.
Annie Wright is an International Baccalaureate World School and delivers the IB's Primary Years Programme for Preschool to Grade 5. The PYP is a flexible curriculum that addresses children’s needs holistically, focusing on developing them as inquirers, both in the classroom and the outside world.

Annie Wright Lower School welcomes students with a range of learning styles, and our learning support department is available to address individual needs. We also welcome parent participation and involvement in all aspects of our program.
