Annie Wright offers several opportunities throughout the year for the community to hear from experts in a range of fields. Topics include parenting, education, science, technology, travel and more. Dr. Lauren Ashbaugh | Mental Health Strategies

Location: Virtual Event via Zoom

We'll kick off our 2020-21 Speaker Series with Dr. Lauren Ashbaugh, a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in downtown Tacoma, Washington. The talk will focus on mental health strategies to address anxiety and depression and resilience practices (sleep, eating, exercise, mindfulness, relationships) that help with coping and wellness.

Dr. Ashbaugh is a therapist, consultant, and trainer who provides evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is strength-based and collaborative in her approach, and strives to be culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and empowering.

The evening talk will be a virtual event. It is free and open to the public. Please register here.
