Annie Wright is seeking Piano and Violin Instructors for the Private Lessons Program to begin in Fall 2019.

Position Overview: duties & responsibilities
The Annie Wright Private Lessons Program (PLP) provides high quality and individualized instruction on campus to currently enrolled students in a variety of musical instruments and in Mandarin Chinese. For the 2019-2020 academic year, the Private Lessons Program offers instruction in the following: Violin, Viola, Cello, String Bass, Flute, Guitar, French Horn, Percussion, Piano, Trumpet, Voice, and Mandarin Chinese. The School provides studios for lessons and manages registration and billing. Specific duties and responsibilities for Private Lessons Instructors include:
- providing individual instruction to students at multiple levels for weekly 30 or 45 minute lessons;
- preparing students for recitals in December and April;
- and maintaining appropriate communication with students and their families about scheduling, progress, and preparation for recitals.
Private Lessons Instructors:
- hold a BA, BM, or its equivalent in the area of instruction;
- have experience teaching at multiple age levels and levels of ability;
- demonstrate a willingness to build strong relationships with students and their families.

Salary & benefits
Compensation includes 75% of Private Lesson tuition.
