Gators Receive All-League Honors in Volleyball and Soccer
Last week the Emerald City League, comprising nine 1A schools in the Seattle-Tacoma area, announced the All-League Teams in Volleyball and Girls Soccer for Fall 2014. Three of seven girls named to the All-League Volleyball first team are Annie Wright Gators. They are seniors Lexi LeClech, Maria Vipond and Kaley Turner. In addition, sophomore Annika Cederstrand received an honorable mention.
In soccer, freshman Rachel Wasyluka was awarded a second team spot and is the first soccer player from Annie Wright to receive all league honors. She is also one of only two freshman, out of 22 players, to be honored.
