Middle School Band Fist of Fire to Rock Washington State Fair
Grade 8 students Josie Trueblood (guitar), Annika Huffines (bass and vocals) and James Parrott (drums), aka Fist of Fire, will perform at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup this Wednesday, September 10.
The students formed the band in Grade 3 and specialize in rock from the 70s to today. Major influences include Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, The Who and White Stripes. Already seasoned performers, the band has played at several local venues and music festivals.
The show will take place on the Showplace Stage at 7:00 pm.
